Privacy Policy
Meet Upon The Level (“we”, “us”) sells Masonic apparel and gifts through our shop on Etsy. This website is a brand and information page. It has no accounts, no checkout, no comment forms and no newsletter. This policy explains what little we collect here, what happens when you buy from us on Etsy, and how we use Pinterest to advertise.
What this website collects
- Nothing you type. There are no forms on this site. We do not collect your name, email address or payment details here.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. It sets first-party cookies (for example
_gaand_ga_*) that hold a random identifier, not your name, and Google processes that data under Google's privacy policy. We do not run the Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers here. Cloudflare, our host, may also set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example__cf_bm) to tell human visitors from automated traffic. It is not used to profile you or to target advertising. - Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request for security and performance purposes, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use those logs to identify you.
Buying from us on Etsy
Every purchase is made on Etsy. When you order, Etsy shares with us the information needed to make and ship your item: your name, shipping address, the personalization text you enter (for example a name and Lodge number), and your order messages. We use it only to produce and deliver your order, to answer your questions, and to meet our legal obligations, such as tax records. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing outside Etsy's own tools. Your payment details are handled by Etsy and never reach us. Etsy's handling of your data is described in the Etsy Privacy Policy.
Personalization text is sent to our print and engraving partners, who are contractually limited to using it to make your item.
Pinterest advertising
We advertise our Etsy listings on Pinterest. Those ads are served inside Pinterest and governed by Pinterest's privacy policy. This website does not load a Pinterest tag or pixel, so visiting meetuponthelevel.com does not report anything back to Pinterest. If you interact with one of our ads on Pinterest, Pinterest may share aggregated performance figures with us, such as impressions and clicks. We do not receive information that identifies you personally.
Our use of the Pinterest API
We operate a private software application that uses the Pinterest API to create and manage our own advertising. It is used only by us, for the Meet Upon The Level business account. There is no public sign-in and no other person's Pinterest account is ever connected to it.
- What it accesses. Our own Pinterest business account: our boards and Pins, our ad accounts, campaigns, and the performance figures Pinterest reports for them.
- What it stores. An access token for our own account, held on a private machine and never shared, published or sent to any third party. Campaign settings and performance figures are kept only as long as we are running or reviewing the ads.
- What it does not do. It collects no data about you, reads no other person's account, builds no audience or profile from visitors to this website, and sells or transfers nothing to anyone.
- Deletion. We can revoke the token and delete the stored campaign data at any time, and we will do so when we stop advertising on Pinterest.

This site links to Etsy and may link to Pinterest. Their privacy practices are their own. Please review their policies before providing information there.
Children
This site and our shop are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices and rights
Analytics on this site is anonymous; you can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by refusing cookies in your browser. For orders placed on Etsy, you can review, update or delete your account data through Etsy. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA to access, correct or delete personal information we hold from your order. To exercise them, message us through our Etsy shop and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how this site works, for example by adding a mailing list or analytics, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
